I found the CBD + CBG more effective than the 25mg broad or full spectrum gels for helping me sleep. I preferred gels as I don’t really like the feel or taste of oils, but the tranquil mint wasn’t too bad. Hoping a gel version of this is added at some point.

It is easy to use as I use a droplet in my coffee each morning. The mint taste enhances the floor of my morning coffee
