The oil seems to be good, the only issue I have is with the cap, which needs to be pressed down and twisted to unscrew, well, if you’ve got unsteady hands like me, that can be a bit of a struggle

The taste was pure, slightly vegetal, but not grassy or strong. Pleasant definitely. I have other oils but this one I looked forward to it daily. Great size color and taste. I will buy again when there is a deal.

I used the 250 mg not the 1000mg ; the jury is still out. However I will order the 1000mgthe next time as a compairison
