    These are great, I much prefer the extract to the regular capsules so I don’t have to take so many.

    I can’t afford OPMS Gold all the time so I like having these as a more affordable and – to me – 90-95% as good. Great shipping times too even during this craziness.

    For me, these were even better than the gold. My husband prefers the gold (He swears by them!), but I think the silver suits me just fine. Beats every other capsule I’ve tried.
