Nice change of pace from all the over-hyped Vitamin Shoppe preworkout products. It didn’t make me so hyped up I couldn’t go to sleep the same night either which most of those products do. It’s more of a natural vibe as well. I didn’t really feel like I had more motivation and energy but then I realized that the weight seemed lighter and I could go on for longer.
