Description
From the Vendor: Blue lotus (nymphaea caerulea) is not a true lotus flower; it’s actually a beautiful water lily that has been favored for its medicinal properties since ancient times.
Known by several names, including blue Egyptian lotus, Egyptian water lily and blue water lily, the blue lotus is a discomfort reliever, aphrodisiac and it even has some psychoactive properties.
The medicinal properties of the blue lotus were discovered thousands of years ago and it was a favorite amongst the ancient Egyptians and the ancient Mayan civilization. The blue lotus is even prominently featured in ancient Egyptian mythology and artwork. Today, the blue lotus still grows along the Nile River and in some areas of Asia (although in ancient times, the flower was far more widespread, extending to the Americas where it was utilized by the Mayans.)
Notably, some countries have banned blue lotus, including the UK, Russia, Poland and Latvia. But it remains legal in the United States.
The blue lotus is found in several different forms, with the most potent being concentrated extract, such as this product. With extracts, the number indicates how many units are concentrated down into a single unit. So, for instance, a 50x blue lotus extract would indicate that 50 ounces have been concentrated down into one ounce. Due to the nature of blue lotus, the 50x extract is not necessarily 50 times more potent (although the differential is quite significant when compared to the non-extract powder.)

Very relaxing, doesn’t have much of a flavor, goes in any food or drink with some flavor but dissolves quicker in hot liquids.

I add this to an oblate pape and take it with kratom in the afternoon/evening. I feel like it changes things up in the afternoon when I usually have a hard time. I feel the difference in terms of an added boost of energy and positivity-for lack of better words. I can’t afford this product most months to be honest, so pass it up, but I miss it when I do, just saying. But it is a great product. I’m thinking of trying the cheaper options of the lotus flowers or powder to take its place but worried won’t feel anything. This is potent and I have a high tolerance and still feel just a mild addition-but worthwhile when I have the $$. Want to add, I like that kratora offers so many alternative products and want to encourage them to keep at it because it is really mind-opening. How many more are out there that we don’t know anything about…I’m glad that kratora at least gave me the opportunity to have these.

I got incredible energy and clarity. It gives me an upbeat outlook on life. Because it’s concentrated, it is grainy like fine sand and doesn’t dissolve in liquids so it needsto be prepared… either put into a capsule or just swigged down but it is worth the small additional effort. I just put it in a small amount of liquid and swallowed it like a shot. It only has a scant flavor and I don’t consider it foul tasting. I highly recommend this product if you need a little energy or mental clarity. It has worked very well for me.
