Hands down the best pre-workout blend I’ve tried. No clue what the percentage of each strain is, but I get great motivation, focus and energy without being up all night because it’s got too much white strain in it.

To mix up the strain now and then, I ordered this powder to see how it would perform as a Pre-Workout blend. Yowza! I motored through 2 hours of weights and cardio without thinking anything of it – and on a day where I’d only gotten 6 hours of sleep the night before. Don’t know what the mix is, but it seems like it’s greens and whites. This is now in my rotation and I won’t let it out. One bit of advice is to not sample to close to turning in for the night because you’ll have more difficulty falling asleep.
