    Worked for fatigue

Autoimmune fatigue is immense. I am doing very well with this diagnosis. The symptom of fatigue affects my life more than any of the other symptoms since getting the rest under control with AIP diet. This supplement has given me energy back. I’m not 100% sure I’ll trail run again but I’ll at least be hiking some peaks.

Great For B1 Deficiencies and as a Part of B Vitamin Stack.

    LHB

This is really just a very bioavailable form of Thiamin (Vitamin B1). Like most recovering alcoholics I have to deal with a pretty serious B1 deficiency. I did not buy this in order to use as a Nootropic but rather to remedy that deficiency. I found that I do not respond to it very well at the 200 mg. dose, but when I microdose it in 50 mg. increments it works exceptionally well as a remedy for that deficiency and as an addition to Methylfolate, Methylcobalimin and Inositol as a superb B complex to underpin your other stacks. I use it regularly for this purpose with great results.
