I have only been taking them three nights and I understand that it may take a little while to start to work so I am all in on waiting for them to work. The only thing that I can comment on is the taste…. it’s nasty, just plain yuck and it leaves an after taste that requires brushing your teeth to get rid of it. I can deal with the taste as long as the product works, but if some of you have a sensitive stomach or palate you might want to try a different flavor.

I’ve been taking prescription sleeping medications for close to 15 years now. At one time I was addicted to ambian so I’m very careful on what I take. Since finding these gummies, I’m able to skip taking my prescription sleeping meds. I’ve also reduced my need for anxiety medication. My aunt has tried other sleep aids but this is the best she has ever used. She takes two gummies one hour before going to bed and sleeps uninterrupted until morning. There are no side effects like many others she has tried. In addition, she gets the benefits of CBD. Great Gummies! Take 2-3 about 30 minutes before bed most nights and lull into sleep nicely. ‘Bitter’ aftertaste but nothing a swig of water can’t handle. Need to get that sugar of your teeth anyhow ;). Highly recommend.

I was a longtime user of Fluoxetine for calming; the drawback being its sleep interference. I have used relax sleep gummies for 2 weeks. Best sleep I’ve had in years. AND, I no longer need the Fluoxetine.
