These gummies are great. I’ve had problems getting to sleep all my life. I’m 57 now & the doc had me taking a large dose of GABA, another anticonvulsant, and 2 other sedatives. Not anymore. Now, I eat one of these and fall asleep within the hour. 6-8 hours later I wake up, refreshed and not groggy. I had good luck with the D8 gummies but would be slightly groggy when I woke up. I don’t have that problem with these. Try ’em!
