I started having sleep issues caused by stress a few years ago. I was never really satisfied with anything I tried. Some left me feeling groggy in the morning, others didn’t do much to help me sleep. This formula works for me mainly because when I have to get up to use the bathroom or just wake-up briefly it allows me to fall right back to sleep. I used to have a mini anxiety attacks because I would stress that I wasn’t going to be able to fall back asleep. That doesn’t happen very much now and I wake up refreshed with no grogginess. I highly recommend this product!

Within 15 mins of taking this I am ready for bed. I sleep longer, and when awakened can easily go back to sleep. I gave my medical resident daughter a bottle, and after 24 hrs of call and no sleep this helps her get back on schedule. She asked for more for her birthday !
