As an insomniac, I’m always looking for something to help me sleep. These did a great job of helping me get to sleep but whatever the other elements were, they kept my mind racing throughout the night. Think it’s a bit pricey as well for only 15 Capsules when virtually every other competitor is offering 30 capsules per container.
