This product is transformative! I’ve been a “fussy sleeper” most of my adult life (waking up 5-10 times a night but always able to go back to sleep….eventually). Since I began taking a full dropper at bedtime about 5 months ago, I’ve slept well and deeply waking only once or twice. If it feels like I might not get back to sleep right away, I take a half dose and that works. A few nights, I’ve forgotten to take a dropper, and even so slept well. I think there may be a residual effect over time. Having this product close at hand is reassuring.
